We love alphabet crafts! These crafts helped Big Bro learned his letters, and now it’s a lot of fun to be able to do them with Little Bro.
Getting the D is for Dinosaur Cut and Paste Alphabet Craft Ready:
For this craft, you’ll need to print the D is for Dinosaur Printable.
You’ll also need crayons, scissors, and glue.
On this first page you’ll see letters to trace or color for practice, as well as an example of what the completed craft will look like. The square is where the completed cow will go.
On the second page, you’ll see the cow template to color, cut out, and put together!
Doing the D is for Dinosaur Cut and Paste Alphabet Craft:
First we traced the letter “D” and colored the dinosaur. You can also color the letters in.
Next, we colored the cow template on the second page. Feel free to color or decorate the dinosaur as you wish! Everyone’s dinosaur will look different.
After we were finished coloring, we cut out the dinosaur pieces.
Next, we glued down the pieces of the dinosaur into the square shape on the first page, using the dino at the top as an example.
We continued until the dinosaur pieces were glued down.
You may want to glue two of the legs and the triangle “spikes” main body part (as above), but it’s not necessary. The dinosaur looks great either way! My son wanted his spines on top, and legs below the main part.
